Almost all surveys will credit to your account instantly. Sometimes responses are manually reviewed by the survey provider for accurate and honest answers before the points will credit to your account; this will usually take a day or two. In very rare cases, surveys can take several weeks to credit to your account while your responses are being reviewed. If you still don't receive credit, it's likely that your response was rejected.
